For your convenience, Salespath provides a weekly email that includes some highlights on your team's weekly performance. This is called the Weekly Review Email. Find out more below.
What is the Weekly Review Email?
The Weekly Review Email is designed to support one of the three behaviors that we know the most successful car washes have mastered - reviewing their performance weekly. The Weekly Review Email pulls directly from the Weekly Review Report.
In the email, we provide a short summary of some of the key metrics from your Weekly Review Report, including:
- Top Locations
- Top Salespeople
- Top Manager
- Rotating highlights, such as changes in coverage rates or conversion rate for locations or salespeople
- These will change week to week and highlight things to check or celebrate.
Click View Full Report from throughout the email, which will take you to the full Weekly Review Report.

How to Enable the Weekly Review Email
The Weekly Review Email can be sent to all Tenant Admins. You can read more about Salespath User Settings here.
To turn on the Weekly Review email, navigate to Settings -> Notification Settings
From here, toggle the Weekly Review to Enabled. You can click the Pencil Icon to edit the schedule of the weekly email to your preferred date and time.
| Note: Users MUST verify their email address in order to be able to receive the Weekly Review Email. Any email address that is not verified will be grayed out on the Recipient list under your Notification Settings. To verify your email address, follow the steps here. |
FAQ
Q: Can I send the email to different users at different times of day?
A: No - the email schedule is not per person, but per operator. Every Tenant Admin on your team who is opted in to the email will receive the email at the same time.
Q: Can I opt out of the email?
A: Yes. There is an opt in box from the Settings -> Notification Settings screen where you can manually opt out any of your users. Additionally, recipients also have the option to Unsubscribe from the bottom of the email.
Q: What email address does this email come from?
A: You should receive this email from coachbot@rinsed.co. If you are not seeing the email, check your Spam folders and adjust any email filter settings to allow this email address.
Q: Can I customize what is shown in my Weekly Review Email?
A: Not at this time.
