Ranking Logic
The top 3 Salespeople on the leaderboard will be marked with a 1, 2, or 3 medal icon next to their name. The leaderboard ranking is determined by conversion rate only, with the caveat that it is only possible for a Salesperson to make it into the top 3 if they've seen at least 10 cars.
Salesperson Polar Chart
The Salesperson leaderboard also includes the Salesperson Polar Chart. This chart gives you a visual of your sales team's performance. The width of their "slice" is the number of eligible retail cars they have seen. The distance from center is their conversion rate. Hover over the slice to see the underlying data.
Column Definitions
- Conv. (Conversion) — New membership sales / Cars.
- Cars — Total retail cars seen while the Salesperson was logged into the tablet during the specified date range.
- Missed — Every car that came through while the Salesperson was logged into the tablet that did not receive a presentation during the specified date range.
- Signups — New member signups attributed to the Salesperson in the designated timeframe. Does not include rejoins.
- $/Car — Average ticket price of all transactions associated with the Salesperson in the designated time frame. Can be calculated as Total Retail $ ÷ (Total Cars − New Signups). For more detail, see [here].
- Engagement — Total number of POS transactions the individual salesperson was attributed to / total retail cars while they were working. For more detail, see [here].
- Avg Duration — The average length of sales presentations for the salesperson in the selected date range.
- Loose Match % — The percentage of a salesperson's sessions that were classified as a Loose Match — meaning a session and salesperson were attributed, but no matching audio was recorded. A higher Loose Match % may indicate workflow timing issues. For more detail on match types, see [Salespath: Understanding Tight vs. Loose Matches].
- SP Points — Total Salespath points earned by the Salesperson in the given timeframe.
- XP — Total XP the Salesperson currently has available.
- AI Grade — The average AI score for all presentations within the given time frame, based on your wash's scoring criteria.

Salesperson Leaderboard Widget
On the home dashboard, there is a widget version of the Salesperson Leaderboard report with some additional information. This widget includes all of the same columns as shown above, plus some additional ones on the Last 30 Days and Lifetime MRR tabs.
Last 30 Days
This tab includes all of the full report columns, plus:
Churn - The salesperson total daily churn number for the previous 30 days divided by the total member count 30 days ago. New members signups within the last 30 days are excluded because those members are not technically eligible to churn as their memberships are active for the entire first month. They would not be counted towards churn until the next month following their cancellation date.
Lifetime/MRR
This tab includes all of the full report columns, plus:
MRR - The total monthly recurring revenue from all active members attributed to that salesperson. This represents the ongoing monthly revenue generated from membership plans sold by the salesperson that are currently active.
Avg Member - The average monthly recurring revenue per active member for that salesperson. Calculated as MRR ÷ Active Members. This shows the average membership value per customer that the salesperson has sold.
This number may appear to be lower than the price of your standard plans due to any discounts or incentives the wash has offered. For example, if the wash is offering memberships for the first month at the price of a single wash, it would take a couple months for the avg cost to match the standard pricing.
What is the Location Leaderboard Report?
The Location Leaderboard report in Salespath shows how each of your locations is performing across key sales metrics. It gives multi-location operators a quick, side-by-side view of location-level performance to identify top performers and areas that may need attention.
