This page explains how users can verify their email address in Salespath, and why this step is strongly recommended.
When a new user profile is created in Salespath, we automatically send a verification email to the address associated with the account. Verifying your email is optional for logging in, but strongly recommended, as an unverified email will:
Display an “E-Mail Not Verified” alert on the user profile
Prevent the user from receiving Salespath email communications
How to Verify Your Email (Initial Verification Email)
The following steps occur after a new user is created in Salespath.
Check your inbox for an email from Coach Bot (coachbot@rinsed.co) with the subject “Verify Your Salespath Email.” This email will be sent to the email address added to the user profile.
Open the message and click Verify Email Address.
You’ll be taken to a confirmation page indicating that your email has been successfully verified.
If You Missed the Initial Email: Verify From Inside Salespath
If you didn’t verify your email the first time—or can’t find the original message—you can resend the verification email yourself:
Sign in to Salespath
Click your profile picture/icon in the upper-right corner
Select Update Profile
Click Resend Verification Email
Check your inbox and follow the verification link
Note that the above action can only be triggered by the user themselves from their profile. Admins are not currently able to resend verification emails.
Why Email Verification Matters for Marketplace Rewards
Salespath sends all auto-fulfilled Marketplace rewards (such as gift cards) to the email address on file for the Salesperson. Verifying your email ensures that address is valid so rewards reach the right place.
