Here, you will find an up-to-date list of all reports that can be exported in Salespath.
Many Salespath reports can be exported as a spreadsheet file so you can analyze your data offline, share it with your team, or use it in external tools.
How exporting works
When you export a report, Salespath queues the file for processing. Once the export is ready, it can be downloaded from the Report Exports page.
To export a report:
- Log into Salespath and navigate to the report you want to export.
- Apply any filters you want (date range, location, etc.).
- Click Export Report.
- A confirmation banner will appear: "Report queued for download."
- To download the file, go to Reports > Report Exports.
- Locate your export in the list and click Download.

View all Report Exports under Reports -> Report Exports. By default, each user sees only the exports they personally created.
Tenant Admins can check Show reports from all users at the top of the page to view exports created by everyone on the account.
For each export, you can see:
- Report Name — the report type and the date range included
- Created On — when the export was generated
- Created By — which user triggered the export (visible when Show reports from all users is enabled)
- Last Downloaded — when the file was most recently downloaded
Click Download next to any completed export to download the file.
