Here, we provide an overview of the Salespath Weekly Review Report, a powerful tool for regularly tracking your team's success
The Weekly Review Report is designed to support one of the three behaviors that we know the most successful car washes have mastered - reviewing their performance weekly. While much of the data in the Weekly Review Report is available in other Salespath reports, we aggregate it here to make it easy to celebrate your successes on a weekly basis.
| Note: This feature is available upon request. Please contact Rinsed Support or our Customer Success Team to get the feature enabled in your Salespath account. |
You can find the Weekly Review by navigating to Reports -> Weekly Review
Use the date range filter to define the dates of the week you'd like to review - this can go from Sunday-Sunday, or any day range you prefer.
Week in Review
At the top of the Weekly Review, you'll see the Week in Review section. This section is designed to highlight your overall progress during the week selected, across all locations. You'll see your conversion rate, total memberships sold, coverage rate, and most improved location, with percentage changes shown from the previous week.
Location Performance
The next section of the Weekly Review is the Location Performance table. Here, washes with multiple locations will be able to view their progress in the last week at a glance. This progress will be compared to each location's data from the previous week.
Salesperson Performance
The Salesperson Performance section aggregates your Salesperson Leaderboard and AI Scorecard from the last week. You'll be able to easily see how Salespeople are stacking up to their previous weeks' performance.
Manager Performance
Finally, the Manager Performance section will highlight your managers' engagement with listening to recordings and sending feedback to your Salespeople. Remember, ongoing feedback and development keeps the team sharp and improving, so this section is critical to your overall success.
