Visualize rank distribution and track every salesperson's path to their next tier.
Overview
The Salesperson Rank Report gives Tenant Admins and Site Managers a clear picture of where their salespeople stand across the SalesPath ranking system. At a glance, you can see how your workforce is distributed across all rank tiers — from Recruit all the way to Legendary — and drill down into individual salesperson progress toward their next rank.
Accessing the Report
Navigate to the Reports section in the left-hand menu and select Salesperson Rank Report. The page loads with the data filter panel displayed at the top, but no report data is shown until you configure your filters and click Run Report.
Data Filters
Before running the report, you can narrow the results using two multi-select filters.
Locations — Select one or more of your organization's locations. The dropdown lists all available sites (e.g., Pleasantville, Riverwood, Smithtown, Suncrest), along with an "All Locations" option to select everything at once. The filter bar displays the first two selected locations by name and shows a count of any additional selections (e.g., "+2 others").
Ranks — Select which rank tiers to include in the report. The full list of ranks, in ascending order, is: Recruit, Rookie, Cadet, Apprentice, Expert, Master, and Legendary. An "All Ranks" option at the top of the dropdown selects all tiers at once.
Once your filters are set, click the blue Run Report button on the right to generate the results.
Bar Chart
The top section of the report displays a color-coded bar chart visualizing the rank distribution across your selected salespeople. The horizontal axis lists all seven rank tiers; the vertical axis shows the count of salespeople in each tier. Hovering over any bar reveals a tooltip with the rank name and exact salesperson count. Ranks with no salespeople assigned simply show no bar, making it easy to see where your team is concentrated and where higher tiers are still unpopulated.
Salesperson Detail Table
Below the chart, a data table lists every salesperson matching your filter criteria. The table includes the following columns:
- Name — The salesperson's full name.
- Location — The site the salesperson is assigned to.
- Current XP — The salesperson's current experience point (XP) total. By default, the table sorts by this column in descending order (indicated by the downward arrow on the column header), so your highest-XP salespeople appear at the top.
- Rank — The salesperson's current rank, displayed as a color-coded badge (e.g., blue for Cadet, muted purple for Rookie).
- XP to Next Rank — The number of additional XP points needed to advance to the next rank tier.
