Understand each user role’s permissions—Salesperson, Site Manager, and Tenant Admin—and learn how to customize access for your team.
There are four User Roles available to your team, in order of ascending permissions: Salesperson, Site Manager, Regional Manager*, and Tenant Admin. Regional Manager is only available when Region Mode is enabled.
Each role has standard (default) permissions. The Salesperson and Site Manager roles have some adjustable permissions. Each role's standard and adjustable permissions can be found below. Salesperson Role
Standard Permissions
- Can give sale presentations
- Can view personal Salesperson dashboard
- Can access specific reports (audio is removed): Daily Transactions, Commissions Report, Salesperson Report, Leaderboard - Location
- Can access Sale Presentations report, scoped to their own recordings only. Salespeople can listen to their own audio recordings for self-review and self-coaching. They cannot view recordings from other salespeople.
- Cannot modify users, presentations, or locations
Adjustable Permissions
- Car Queue - Show car queue in navigation rail (for Driveway Checkouts).
- Hide AI Coaching - Hide AI coaching features from this role. When enabled, Salespeople will not see AI coaching features including coaching feedback widgets, AI grades in leaderboards, and presentation scoring tabs. Note: Even with AI Coaching enabled, Salespeople cannot view AI reports or rubrics.
- Hide Commission Report - Hide Commission Report for this role.
- Hide Daily Transactions Report - hide Daily Transaction report for this role. When this setting is toggled on, users with this role will not be able to access the daily transactions report. This prevents sales representatives from viewing sensitive data such as unlimited plans sold across the entire organization, transaction details, and other sensitive metrics.
- Restrict Sales Stream Posting - Restricts Salespeople from posting in Sales Stream.

Show Lifetime Churn Rate - Turns on or off a Lifetime Churn Rate statistic to be displayed on the Salesperson Overview

Chat Access: Choose one of the following.
- Full Access: Salespeople can view and post in chat.
- Restrict Chat Access: Salespeople will not see chat.
- Disable Chat Thread Creation: Salespeople cannot create new threads, but can reply in existing conversations.
- Chat Read-Only: Allow Salesperson to view chat, DMs, and feeds but block all outbound posts, replies, and reactions.
Site Manager Role
Standard Permissions

Can see Reports* and audio for every location.
- *Exception: Cannot access Audit Report or Weekly Guided Coaching Report. Listen Analytics (under Coaching) is also restricted by default but can be enabled via the View Listen Analytics adjustable permission.
- Can perform transaction overrides. (Can be disabled under Adjustable Permissions).
- Can view enrolled tablets and card readers.
- Can give Sales presentations only if Salesperson Mode is enabled.
- Cannot modify/upload presentation
- Cannot modify commission plans
Adjustable Permissions
- Hide AI Coaching - Hide AI coaching features from this role. When enabled, Site Managers will not see AI coaching features including coaching feedback widgets, AI grades in leaderboards, presentation scoring tabs, AI scoring rubric, or AI related reports. Note: When AI coaching features are shown, Site Managers can modify the AI scoring rubric.
- Hide Disqualify Button - Removes the ability for Site Managers to disqualify/qualify transactions.
- Hide Salesperson Override - Hide the "Override Salesperson" option from Daily Transaction Details.
- Restrict Sales Stream Posting - Restricts Site Managers from posting in Sales Stream.

Set Location Presentation - Gives Site Managers the ability to set the presentation for their default location.
- When enabled, Site Managers will see the Location Manager option in the Settings menu. When the Site Manager user clicks into the Location Manager, they will only see their default location, and all Location settings will be locked except Selected Slideshow (default presentation).
- When enabled, Site Managers will see the Location Manager option in the Settings menu. When the Site Manager user clicks into the Location Manager, they will only see their default location, and all Location settings will be locked except Selected Slideshow (default presentation).
- Site Manager User Access - Allow site managers to create users. When enabled, Site Managers will be able to create new users and edit Salesperson users. They will not be able to edit other Site Manager or Tenant Admin users.

Chat: Choose one of the following.
- Full Access: Site Managers can view and post in chat.
- Restrict Chat Access: Site Managers will not see chat.
- View Listen Analytics - Allows Site Managers to access the Listen Analytics report and run it for other Site Managers within their default location. This is useful when a Site Manager needs to audit assistant managers without involving a Tenant Admin. For more on the report itself, see Listen Analytics.
Regional Manager Role
The Regional Manager role is an additional role that only exists if your account has Region Mode enabled. For more information about Region Mode and what the Regional Manager role can do, see Location Groups and Regional Manager Role (Region Mode).
Tenant Admin
- Can access all reports and configuration settings within the account.
- Can give Sales presentations only if Salesperson Mode is enabled.
How to adjust role permissions

- From the navigation menu, click Settings > User Manager

Click the Permissions tab.

Adjust the toggles for each role accordingly.
Be aware that adjusting role permissions will impact all users with that role.
