The Tenant Settings page gives Tenant Admins control over performance targets and session quality configuration for your Salespath account.
How to Access Tenant Settings
| Available to: Tenant Admins |
From the navigation menu, click Settings > Tenant Settings. From here, you can access Quality Score Settings, Target Metrics, Data Categorization, Security, Member Reactivation (BETA)*, and Commission Deferral settings.
Quality Score Settings
What are Session Quality and Validity?
If AI Scoring is enabled in your account, you can configure the thresholds that determine whether a presentation session meets your quality standards. Salespath runs through multiple quality checks, explained below, to determine session validity. Sessions that don't meet the quality standards are marked as invalid and will display a yellow warning indicator (⚠️) in the Quality column of your Sales Presentations and Daily Transactions reports. Sessions that do meet all quality standards will be shown with a green check (✅) in your reports.

👀 Not seeing the Quality column in your reports? Contact Customer Support, Customer Success, or your dedicated CSM to enable the Session Quality feature in your account. |
Audio Length Range (Min/Max Seconds)
Drag the slider or manually set the minimum and maximum length (in seconds) to control the duration a presentation must fall within to be considered valid.
- If a session is shorter than the minimum, it will be flagged as invalid.
- If a session is longer than the maximum, it will be flagged as invalid.
- Sessions that fall within the range will continue to the next quality check.
⚠️ Changes to the audio length range will only impact quality checks for future presentations.
Clarity Score
The clarity score measures how clear and understandable the salesperson's audio is, as evaluated by Salespath's AI. Scores range from 0 to 3.
If a session's clarity score falls below the threshold you set here, it will be flagged as invalid — even if it passed the audio length check.
Example: If you set the minimum clarity score to 2, any session that scores a 1 or 0 will be flagged as invalid.
⚠️ Changes to the minimum clarity score settings will only impact quality checks for future presentations.
Additional Session Quality Settings
By default, a session being flagged as invalid only affects the quality indicator in your reports — it has no other consequences on its own. The following optional settings allow you to take that further.
Auto-Disqualify Invalid Presentations
When enabled, any presentation that is flagged as invalid will be automatically disqualified. A disqualified presentation means the salesperson will not earn commission for that transaction.
⚠️ This setting only applies to presentations going forward. Presentations that occurred before enabling this setting will not be retroactively disqualified.
Remove Rewards
When enabled, Salespath points and XP will be revoked for any disqualified transaction, whether the transaction was disqualified manually or automatically.
⚠️ This setting applies retroactively. If a transaction is disqualified after points or XP have already been awarded, those rewards will be removed.
Using Both Settings Together
These two settings work independently, but they are most powerful when used together:
- Auto-Disqualify Invalid Presentations automatically disqualifies sessions that don't meet your quality thresholds.
- Remove Rewards ensures that disqualified sessions also forfeit any Salespath points and XP, not just commission.
Enabling both means that a salesperson who submits a presentation that fails your quality standards will not receive commission, points, or XP for that transaction.
Target Metrics
Use these settings to define the performance benchmarks your team is working toward. These targets appear in various Salespath dashboards and reports, such as the Admin/Manager home page.
Edit Conversion, Coverage, and Engagement Targets
- Conversion Rate Target — The percentage of eligible retail cars you expect your salespeople to convert to memberships.
- Coverage Target — The target percentage of attended cars where a salesperson was in the lane during the transaction.
- Engaged Car Target — The target percentage of cars that received a sales presentation, also known as Engagement Score. Engagement Score is based on how many POS transactions the individual salesperson was attributed to compared with how many retail cars there were while they were working.
Data Categorization
Data categories let you track the conversion rate of a specific item or item type beyond standard membership sales, giving your team greater visibility into the metrics that matter most to your business. Under Tenant Settings > Data Categorization, you can choose a transaction category to customize your dashboard metrics.
Set a transaction category for your dashboard
Once you have created a data category, you can select it as your active transaction category to customize your dashboard metrics. When a transaction category is selected, your Manager and Salesperson dashboards will update to reflect that category's performance data instead of the default engagement metrics.
To select a transaction category:
- Navigate to Settings > Tenant Settings.
- Select the Data Categorization tab.
- From the dropdown, select the category you want to track.
What changes on the Manager Dashboard
- The Category Stats widget is removed.
- In the Today's Live Stream widget:
- The Engagement Rate bar is replaced with the conversion rate for your selected category.
- Items Sold updates to reflect the category name and the total units sold for that category.
What changes on the Salesperson Dashboard
- In the Performance Stats widget:
- The engagement rate is replaced with the conversion rate for your selected category.
- A counter appears tracking the number of units sold for that category.
- The Categories widget is renamed to [Category Name] Stats.
- The Lifetime Stats widget is renamed to Unlimited Stats.
- The Commission widget is removed.
- The Weekly Conversion widget is removed.
Security
In the Security section, you can adjust the User Inactivity Timeout threshold. For more information, see User Inactivity Timeout Length.
Member Reactivation
| ⚠️ Note: This setting will only appear for tenants using the Customer Lookup feature in Salespath. |
When a member lookup finds a customer whose most recent membership has been terminated, a "Launch Reactivation Presentation" banner is shown. Use this setting to restrict the banner to recent terminations — for example, only show it for memberships that ended in the last 60 days. Set to 0 to place no time restriction (banner always shown for any former member).
Drag and drop the bar adjust the reactivation window, or enter a number of days directly into the Reactivation Window field.
Commission Deferral
The Commission Deferral tab controls the tenant-wide waiting period before a deferred commission is eligible to finalize.
- Navigate to Settings > Tenant Settings > Commission Deferral.
- Drag the Deferral Period bar or enter a value directly to set the number of days.
This setting applies to all locations in the tenant. The allowed range is 30–90 days (default: 30 days). This controls how many days must pass after a sale's wash date before its associated deferred commission is evaluated for finalization.
For more information on how deferred commissions work, see Deferred Commissions.
