Control how long users stay logged in when idle in Salespath.
As of March 2026, Tenant Admins can enable user inactivity timeout length customization. This gives your wash the ability to set the amount of elapsed time where a user will automatically be logged out if there is no user activity. The default inactivity timeout length is 4 hours.
How to customize user inactivity timeout length

- In the Salespath navigation menu, select Settings > Tenant Settings.
- Click Security.
- Drag the session timeout length bar or enter the length (in minutes) to adjust. You can choose any value between 5 minutes and 4 hours (240 minutes).
Once a change has been made to your organization's timeout length, it will affect all users and roles in your organization.
