Follow these instructions to update your Samsung tablets to the Native App.
As of January 2026, all Salespath customers are required to upgrade to our Native App in order to have access to future Salespath improvements. Tablets that do not upgrade to the native app will not have full access to new Salespath features and updates going forward.
Step 1: Factory Reset Your Tablet
1a. Power off device
Power off Device by holding Power button + Vol Down, then selecting Power Off.
1b. Enter Recovery Mode
Press and hold Power + Vol Up until you see the Samsung Logo appear to boot to Recovery Mode.
1c. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
In recovery mode, navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the volume buttons. Select using Power button. Confirm when prompted. Note: The factory reset is very brief, you will not see the tablet reboot or go through any additional steps.
After device completes wipe, select Reboot system now.
Step 2: Re-Enroll Tablet
2a. Tap to pull up QR scan screen
At the very first welcome screen, tap anywhere on the screen 6 times to pull up the QR scan screen.
2b. Scan the enrollment QR code provided (see below)

2c. Connect to Wi-Fi network
Connect to your Wi-Fi network.
2d. Enter enrollment code to continue enrollment process
Once connected to Wi-Fi, your device will begin enrollment. You will be asked to make confirmations at a few points throughout the enrollment process. Do so whenever prompted and you will eventually be brought into the Salespath app with your enrollment code. Follow these instructions to access your enrollment code. You will use the same code for all of your tablets.
