Mo, the Rinsed Assistant, now works inside Salespath. Admins can ask Mo in plain language to update presentations, commission plans, the rewards store, and coaching settings, or to pull performance stats. This article covers who can use Mo in Salespath, how to open it, what it can do, and how to get help from Rinsed Support through Mo.
Mo in Salespath is available to Admins. Regional Managers, Site Managers, and Salespeople don't see Mo in Salespath.
Salespath, Meet Mo
Mo, your Rinsed Assistant, is now built into Salespath. Ask in plain language to update presentations, build commission plans, restock your Marketplace, or check how your team is doing. Mo takes care of the tedious bulk edits and always confirms before it makes a change.
Who can use Mo in Salespath
Mo shows up in Salespath for Admins who have both of these:
- A Rinsed CRM account for your company (full Rinsed CRM setup isn't required)
- A verified email address in Salespath
Mo works whether you use Salespath alone or with Rinsed CRM. If you only use Salespath, Mo helps with Salespath only.
Verify your email first
Mo needs a verified email address in Salespath. If yours isn't verified, Mo shows a message asking you to add and verify one instead of the chat.
For more detail, see Verifying Your Email Address in Salespath.
Open Mo
- In Salespath, select Ask Mo Anything at the top of the left menu, just above Dashboard. On a computer, you can also press ⌘K from any page.
- Mo opens as a panel on the side of the page. Type what you need in Ask Mo…, or select the microphone to talk instead. Select + to attach a file.
From the panel you can also:
- Select New Chat to start a new conversation.
- Select History to go back to an earlier conversation.
- Select What can Mo do? to see an overview of what Mo can help with.
- Select the expand icon in the top right to make Mo full screen, or the X to close it.
Start with a suggestion
A new chat shows four Rinsed Suggestions. Select one to get started:
Mo confirms before it changes anything
Mo only does what your Salespath permissions allow. Before it saves a change, Mo shows you what it's about to do and asks you to confirm. For bulk changes, like repricing every reward, Mo shows a preview first.
At the end, Mo asks Ready to proceed? Select Yes or No, then select Submit Answers. Nothing changes until you confirm.
Tip: Mo is great for bulk changes that take a long time by hand, like "Raise every reward by 10%" or "Remove tire shine from every presentation."

Get help from Rinsed Support

- Mo asks a few questions about the issue.
- Mo shows you the ticket. Review it and confirm. Mo never sends a ticket without your OK.
- The ticket goes to Rinsed Support with the Salespath page you were on. We'll reply by email.
You can also ask Mo for the status of an open ticket, or ask it to add an update.
What Mo can't do yet
If you ask for one of these, Mo will tell you it can't do it yet:
- Add, edit, or deactivate users
- Add a new location
- Create or edit training content
- Build custom dashboards, widgets, or reports
Don't see Mo? If Mo asks you to verify your email, follow the steps in Verify your email first. Otherwise, check that you're an Admin, that your email address is verified in Salespath, and that your company has a Rinsed CRM account. If all three are true and Mo still isn't there, contact Rinsed Support.
