The Listen Analytics report helps your team track how consistently Site Managers review presentation recordings and deliver timely feedback to Salespeople. With clear metrics on listens, time spent, and feedback sent, this report makes it easy to reinforce coaching habits and drive performance.
How to access Listen Analytics
Click Coaching > Listen Analytics.
Report Overview
The Listen Analytics report allows Tenant Admins — and Site Managers with the View Listen Analytics permission — to hold Site Managers accountable to reviewing presentation recordings and providing feedback regularly.
Filters
The Listen Analytics report can be filtered by date range (dates that the listening occurred) as well as User (Site Managers only).
After setting your filters, click Run Report to refresh the data.
Report Columns
Number of Listens
A "listen" is when a Site Manager clicks on an audio file icon anywhere in the Salespath application. These show up in various places, such as the Sales Presentation Report, Daily Transaction Report, or Weekly Guided Coaching tool.
The number of listens is calculated as the total number of "clicks" (even if the file has been clicked on already before).
Feedback Sent
The number of unique messages sent from a Site Manager to a Salesperson when they click on an audio file.

Time Listened (HH:MM:SS)
The total number of hours/minutes/seconds spend listening to audio in the defined date range.
Feedback > View
If there are feedback messages associated with a Site Manager for the given date range (not including Weekly Guided Coaching messages), a View button will appear in the Feedback column. Click View to open a modal showing each Salesperson and the feedback that they received from this Site Manager.
