Learn how how sales presentations are evaluated using a standardized AI scoring rubric. Each recorded pitch is scored based on clarity, structure, and effectiveness in presenting wash packages and memberships.
Salespath presentations receive an AI score to help Salespeople gauge pitch quality and provide Site Managers with improvement suggestions. This article explains the grading rubric used.
In addition to the default scoring rubric, you can add custom scoring elements, disable default elements, or assign custom weights to each element to further personalize your AI scoring. Elements with a higher weight contribute more to the overall pitch score.
Default Scoring Rubric
Each item on the default rubric is scored on a 0–3 scale (some are 0 or 3). Objection handling can be null if not applicable.
By default, all elements carry equal weight. Tenant Admins can adjust element weights under Coaching > AI Rubric Config.
