As of August 2025, Tenant Admins and Site Managers can provide feedback on individual audio recordings. Any feedback given on an audio recording will appear in the Salesperson's Chat stream.
How to leave feedback on a recording
- From the Salespath navigation menu, click Audio > Sale Presentations.
- Run the report using the desired filters.
- Locate the presentation you would like to listen to and click the speaker button to play audio.
- Enter your comment in the Manager Feedback box and click Send Feedback.
Salespersons will now see this feedback in the Chat on their home dashboard, with the audio recording attached to the message for context.
Use audio icons to quickly track listening and feedback process
We've recently added new audio icons to make it easier for managers to track their listening and feedback process. Each audio clip now displays one of for helpful icons automatically based on whether the recording has been listened to:
- Default icon – Audio has not been played.
- Partially listened icon (gray check) – Appears after listening to at least 10% of the clip.
- Completed icon (green check) – Appears after listening to 75% or more of the clip.
- Feedback icon (blue envelope) – Appears when a coaching message has been sent - overrides all other states.
Listening progress and feedback icons are user-specific -- a manager will only see their own listening activity.
Managers can now save/bookmark audio clips
Managers can now save or bookmark individual audio clips from team member presentations, building a personal library of standout recordings for easy retrieval, coaching, and sharing.
