All product changes that occurred in May of 2026 for Salespath.
Roles & Permissions:
- Give regional leaders the right level of access: A new Regional Manager role lets you scope a user's visibility and permissions to a specific group of locations, without handing out full tenant admin access. Regional Managers can manage salespeople, site managers, reports, contests, announcements, and commission items within their region. Learn more.
- Organize locations the way you think about your business: A new Location Groups feature (Settings > Location Groups) lets you create organizational groups (strict hierarchy — think regions and districts) and reporting groups (flexible, ad-hoc groupings for pilots or custom analytics). Learn more.
- Read-only chat for salespeople: Salespeople can be given read-only access to the Salespath chat without the ability to reply — useful for one-way communication from managers to the sales floor. Learn more.
Coaching & Reporting:
- Build a coaching library from real presentations: Managers can now save or bookmark individual audio clips from team member sales presentations, building a personal library of standout recordings for coaching sessions and sharing best practices.
- Audit rank changes in the Audit Report: Admins can now see rank updates in the Salespath Audit Report, making it easier to track performance changes and understand what drove them.
- Let site managers audit each other's performance: A new "View Listen Analytics" permission allows Site Managers to see the Listen Analytics report and run it for other Site Managers at their default location — without needing a Tenant Admin to pull the report. Learn more.
Commissions:
- Audit commission payouts without the manual cross-referencing: The commission report export now breaks out detail by individual line item, showing exactly what contributed to each payout. Operators with different commission rates across plan types or wash books can verify per-plan payouts directly from the export.
Transaction Disqualifications:
- Document the reason, not just the decision: Site Managers can now add a written reason when disqualifying a transaction, whether manual or automated. The reason is captured in the Audit Report for a clear paper trail. Learn more.
