All product changes that occurred in August of 2025 for Salespath.
This month brings three major updates designed to give you more control and insight into your sales process:
- Custom AI Scoring: Define exactly what matters in your sales presentations and have AI track custom elements you want mentioned in the driveway. AI Coach now focuses exclusively on your enabled elements with a new letter grade system for easy performance assessment.
- Native Salespath App Capability: Salespath can now run as a native app on your tablet. This allows us to communicate better with the device itself, giving us the ability to control and see specific hardware settings, such as tablet brightness, signal strength and battery level. Reach out to our Customer Success Team to learn more.
- Manager Communication Tools: You can now remove the ability for salespeople to add to sales stream and chat features. Site managers can also add feedback to presentation audio they review. The audio analytics report shows how many coaching messages each site manager sends out. This is a great way to provide feedback to salespeople during the week and track coaching effectiveness at the weekly 1:1 meetings.
We’ve also added several additional updates to drive improved performance, including:
- Export-Only Large Reports: Reports with date ranges over 31 days can only be exported. For these reports, the run report button will be disabled in order to improve system performance.
- New Audit Report: View historical logs of in-app actions like transaction overrides for better accountability and tracking.
- Self-Service Account Management: Password updates and email address verification can now be handled independently by users.
- Enhanced Audio Quality: Background noise cancellation is now applied to salesperson presentations to isolate speech for clearer recordings.
