A step-by-step guide to redeeming Marketplace rewards in Salespath, explaining how points, fulfillment types, and TANGO gift cards work—from digital rewards to physical item redemptions.
Marketplace rewards gives your Salespeople the ability to redeem points for digital gift cards, physical items, and other incentives directly within the platform. Rewards can be fulfilled automatically as gift cards via TANGO, or can be fulfilled manually by the carwash operator.
Please note that all rewards must be redeemed directly by a Salesperson. A reward can be auto-fulfilled once a Salesperson selects it, but rewards are never automatically purchased/redeemed.
How to redeem Marketplace rewards as a Salesperson

- Log into Salespath as a Salesperson.

Click the Marketplace tab.
- Rewards available for purchase will appear at the top of the page. Other rewards that are locked due to insufficient points or rank will be shown below.

Click Purchase Reward and confirm purchase submission.
Email Verification Requirement

⚠️ Some operators require a verified email address before Marketplace rewards can be redeemed. If your wash has this setting enabled, rewards will display a lock icon and an "Email Verification Required" label, and you will see a banner at the top of the Marketplace page that reads: "You must verify your email address before purchasing rewards." To resolve this, check your inbox for a verification email from Coach Bot (coachbot@rinsed.co), or resend the verification email from your profile. If the Salesperson redeems a manually fulfilled reward:
The Salesperson will see a confirmation screen, but the reward must be manually fulfilled by the operator. The Salesperson will not receive a confirmation email for manually fulfilled rewards.

If the Salesperson redeems an auto-fulfilled reward:
All auto-fulfilled rewards will be sent as TANGO giftcards. The Salesperson will receive an email that contains the selected gift card after redemption.
Physical Rewards
If the selected reward was a physical item set up via auto-fulfillment, such as an iPhone, Apple Airtag, Apple Airpods, Nintendo Switch, it will be sent as an Amazon gift card of corresponding value. The Salesperson can then use the Amazon giftcard to purchase the physical item.
"Rewards Choice" TANGO Gift Cards
Some auto-fulfilled items will be sent as a "Rewards Choice" TANGO gift card. This is a Tango gift card that enables the Salesperson to purchase a company-specific gift card from a designated list. Target and Starbucks US gift cards, for example, will be sent in this way.
If an item is sent as a Rewards Choice gift card, the Salesperson will need to select make two reward selections: once in Salespath, and then again in TANGO.
Can I delete unfulfilled market rewards?
Let's say an employee leaves without redeeming a reward. Keep your Reward Fulfillment dashboard tidy by deleting any unfullfilled rewards under Reports -> Reward Fulfillment -> Unfulfilled Items, and then find the red trashcan icon.
