Set the default presentation for a Salespath location

To set the default presentation for a Salespath location:

1. From the Salespath navigation menu, click Settings > Location Manager. On this screen, you will see the current default presentation for each location.

   

2. Click Edit next to the desired location.

3. Open the Selected Slideshow dropdown and choose the presentation you want to set as the default for this location.

   

4. Click Save Changes. 

Once a presentation has been assigned as the default for a Salespath location, it will appear in the Active Presentations list under Settings > Presentation Manager. 

Scheduling automatic presentation switches

Instead of manually changing a location's default presentation, you can set it to switch on its own. This might be helpful if you run a promotion on a given day of each week, or if you want to kick off a membership sale at the start of a holiday weekend.

From Settings > Location Manager, click a location to edit, then select Add Schedule. 

You can also do this action from Settings > Presentation Manager: click the three dots, then select Schedule. 

When creating your schedule, you'll set the date and time for your switch. You also have the option to add a switch-back date/time. When using this option, you will also be asked to select the presentation you wish to switch back to.

Scheduled presentation switches happen automatically and take effect on your sales tablets in real time — no manual changes or waiting for a sync required.
