Please reference these steps when your DRB Project Coordinator provides the SiteWatch® REST API Questionnaire. Doing so will ensure the form is filled out correctly.
Shortly after your DRB invoice is paid in full, a DRB Project Coordinator will request that you complete the SiteWatch® REST API Questionnaire. Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure you are filling this questionnaire out accurately in the context of your Rinsed onboarding.
Please fill out the form exactly as you see below.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your Rinsed Implementation Manager. Please note that, in addition to the Rest API Questionnaire, DRB will also send you a Credit Card Clearing Questionnaire. This questionnaire is unrelated to Rinsed, so we cannot advise on how to fill it out.
