Create custom sales presentations right in the Salespath app in just a few clicks.
SalesPath lets you build custom sales presentations that your team can use during the sales process. This article walks through creating a new presentation using the updated Presentation Manager (July 2026), including both the in-app presentation builder flow and the custom JPEG flow.
Option A (Default): Build Presentation Slides In-App
The easiest way to create your presentation is to build it within Salespath. When done this way, you enter the name, price, and inclusions for each package you offer, and your menu is automatically generated from those details.
Step 1: Create Presentation and Add Packages
- From the navigation menu, click Settings > Presentation Manager.
- Click New Presentation.
- Enter a Presentation Name.
- Under Add Wash Packages, enter the following details:
- Package Name: The name of the wash, e.g. "Good" or "Good Wash."
- Single Wash ($): The price of a single wash for that package.
- Monthly ($): The price of a membership for that package.
- Promotion (Optional): Special pricing for a membership, e.g. "50% off your first month."
- Click Add Package and repeat for all additional packages you offer.
- Click Create Presentation.
You'll see a live preview on the righthand side as you add in your package details. If you need to edit any of your package information or add/remove a package after clicking "Create Presentation," you can do so from the presentation editor later on.
Step 2: Edit Package Slides and Inclusions
Inclusions are the features that come with each of your wash packages, such as tire shine or ceramic coating. Edit the inclusions on each package slide to accurately represent what the customer receives with that wash package.
- Click on a package slide from the lefthand sidebar.
- On the righthand side, you will see a panel where you can edit the slide Content, Inclusions, and Style.
2a. Content
Select the Content tab.
- Package: The name of the wash package (as you entered earlier).
- Description: Shown above the package inclusions. Defaults to "It's a great choice because you get…"
- Single Wash: Price for a single wash.
- Monthly: Price for a monthly membership.
- Promotion (optional): Special pricing for a membership, e.g. "50% off your first month."
-
Buy One target: This is where you will be taken if you tap the "Buy One" option.
- Target kind: Go to Slide, Close, or open deep link (AMP only).
- If your target is "Go to slide," choose which slide in the Destination slide field.
-
Buy Unlimited: Choose an icon and tile color for the "All Month Long" grid.
- Target kind: This is what happens when you tap the "Buy Unlimited" grid or the "Let's do it!" button. Select one: Go to Slide, Close, or open deep link (AMP only).
- If your target is "Go to slide," choose which slide in the Destination slide field.
- Footnote: The text in the bottom right corner under the "Buy Unlimited" option. Defaults to "No Contracts, Cancel Anytime." Can be edited or removed.
- Click Inclusions.
2b. Inclusions
Select the Inclusions tab. Here you can edit your primary and secondary inclusions for the selected package.
Primary Inclusions: These are the large, highlighted inclusions shown on the menu slide and the package screen detail. Limited to 3.
Secondary Inclusions: Shown on the package detail slide only.
- Edit the icon and name of each inclusion.
- Use the trash icon to remove inclusions, and the + icon to add inclusions (up to 3).
2c. Style
|
💡 Rinsed Tip: For most presentations, package style will match Menu style. Set your style in the Menu slide settings and choose "Apply to all slides" – this will carry your settings over to package slides. Style options set in the package settings are custom to that package and will not carry over to other slides. Use only if you want different styling on package and menu slides. |
Select the Style tab.
- Background: Choose a default background, set a single background color using the HTML color picker, or upload a background image (JPG or PNG in landscape, 1280×810 or larger.)
- Logo: Upload a logo image.
- Font: Choose the font for text on this slide. You may also upload a font file if you wish to use a custom font.
Repeat Step 2 for each package slide.
Step 3: Edit Menu Content and Style
Your Menu slide can be adjusted to fit your wash's branding. Be aware that package information (name, price, inclusions) are edited on the package slides and all package edits reflect automatically in the Menu. If your package information is not accurate, edit it via the corresponding package slide.
Click on your Menu slide from the lefthand sidebar to edit Menu stlye.
3a. Content
Select the Content tab.
- Menu title: This is the header text ("Which one feels right for you today?").
-
Action buttons: Add a custom button below the package options in your menu. Use this to map to a new menu (e.g. a Full Service menu) or any other custom action.
- Target kind: Choose what happens when your custom button is tapped. Select from Go to slide, close, or open deep link (AMP only).
- Destination slide: Choose a slide for this button to map onto. Only maps to other Menus, blank Slides, or Custom Slides (does not map to Package slides). If you don't have a slide to select yet, follow instructions under Adding a slide.
Step 4 (Optional): Add custom slide (e.g. "Congrats" slide)
You may choose to add a custom or blank slide to the end of your presentation, such as a "Congrats" slide for membership sales. To add a custom or blank slide:
- Click Add to insert a new slide, then choose Slide (to build in-app) or Custom Slide (to upload an image).
- Once you've added your Congrats slide, go through each Package slides and set the Congrats slide as the target for any relevant Buy One or Buy Unlimited zones.
Step 5: Preview, save changes, and activate presentation
Click Save in the top right to save your changes. Click Preview to view your full presentation flow - make sure to click/tap through various paths to ensure that the slide mapping works as intended.
When you are ready to activate your presentation, use the location dropdown to select the location(s) where you want this presentation to be the default.
If this presentation should not yet be activated at any location, leave the Location dropdown blank, but make sure to save changes. Inactive presentations will appear in the Inactive list on the Presentation Manager page.
Option B (Custom): Upload premade slide images
If you prefer to create your slides outside of the Salespath editor, you can upload slide images to your presentation. Start by creating all of the slides you need and saving them as JPEGs or PNGs.
Step 1: Create a new custom presentation
- Click Settings > Presentation Manager, then select New Presentation.
- Set a Presentation Name. Then, at the bottom of the pop-up window, click Or, create a custom presentation.
Step 2: Upload slide images
- To the right of your blank slide, click Upload Image and follow prompts to upload.
- Click + Add > Custom Slide to add more blank slides, and upload the corresponding image for each. You can reorder these later.
Step 3: Rename slides
Next to each slide in the list, click the three dots > Rename. Give each slide a recognizable name (e.g. "Menu," "Gold," "Bronze,"). This will make the slides easily recognizable for your slide mapping (next step).
Step 4: Create tap zones and set up slide mapping
- Select a slide.
- From the right side panel, click Add tap zone.
- Drag and drop your cursor over the tap area. You can resize, move, or delete this zone if needed.
-
Choose a target for this tap zone. Select from Go to slide, close, or open deep link (AMP only).
💡 Rinsed Tip:
For your Menu slide, create a Tap Zone on each of your wash packages. Set the target to Go to slide, and select the package slide that matches the tap zone.
For your Package slides, create a Tap Zone on the "Buy Unlimited" option. Set the target to Go to slide, and select a "Congrats" image.
- Save changes once you have created all of the tap zones and selected their targets for each slide.
Step 5: Preview, save, and activate presentation
Follow the same process as Step 5 above to preview, save, and activate your presentation.
Adding a slide
Click Add to insert a new slide, then choose from three types:
- Menu: a menu slide where customers choose between packages
- Slide: a simple text or blank slide appended to the end
- Custom Slide: (upload an image and draw tap zones on it). Each slide can be renamed or deleted using the ⋮ menu next to it in the slide list.
Configuring slide actions
On blank slides and custom slides, you can select a slide action. This is what happens automatically when the slide is shown.
Slide Action options are:
- None (just show the slide)
- Fireworks (a celebratory animation, good for a thank-you/congrats slide)
- Rinsed CRM (enables contact collection via Salespath and integrates these contacts with Rinsed CRM)
- iFrame Embed (embed custom HTML, like a video or form)
- In-Driveway Checkout (*for DWC customers only*)
Reordering slides
Click the six dots next to a slide, then drag and drop to adjust slide order. Adjusting the order of package slides will also update the menu to reflect that order.
Renaming or deleting a slide
In the slide list on the lefthand side, click the three dots next to the slide name, then select Rename or Delete.
When you delete a slide, you'll have the option to show deleted slides for that presentation. You can restore a deleted slide anytime.
Editing an existing presentation
Operators who previously requested edits through Rinsed can now make edits instantly.
Convert your existing presentation to an editable one by following the Option A steps above. From there, you can add or remove slides, edit promotions, add or remove packages, and more — all with zero wait time.
| Customers who prefer to have the Rinsed team make presentation edits can still do so by contacting Support, though requests may take up to 2 weeks. We recommend converting to an in-app presentation so you can make edits instantly going forward. |
Offering a presentation in Spanish or another language
To offer a presentation in another language, we suggest using the Custom Presentation option (create slide images separately, then upload them and add tap zones). Be sure to add a Spanish button to your main menu image, then create a tap zone over that area to target the Spanish menu slide. Set the Spanish language menu to target the Spanish package slides, and the English language menu to target the English package slides.
