Creating and editing Salespath presentations is completely self service and easy to do. Follow the instructions in this article to add or edit a presentation.
Your Salespath presentations are the interactive slideshows that will guide your sales associates through key selling moments with customers. Follow the instructions in this article to upload a new presentation, or edit an existing one.
Add a presentation into Salespath
- From the navigation menu, click Settings > Presentation Manager.
- Click New Presentation.
- Enter a Presentation Name and click Save. This presentation will now appear in your Inactive Presentation list.
- Click Edit next to your new presentation.
- You will now need to add the slide jpegs that have been created. Click the box labeled Upload New Slides and choose the files you would like to upload. Then, click Upload.
- Your uploaded files will now be placed in the Inactive Slides section. Click the arrow on the bottom of each individual slide to activate it.

You can also Archive slides to clean up your view, keeping the focus on a smaller number of Active or Inactive slides. Toggle on or off View Archived Slides to view your old slides.
Add tap zones to presentation slides
Once all slides are active, you will need to create tap zones and map those zones to different slides.
- Click the finger tapping screen icon in the bottom right corner of the slide.
- Click the Add Zone button on the top right of the screen. A box will be created in the top left corner of the slide. Drag the box that is created to wherever you need it, and size it to cover the item properly. There is no limit to the number of tap zones added to a slide.
- Next, choose what slide this zone will link to by going to the Linked Slide dropdown menu and choosing the corresponding slide.
- Once you have added zones to all applicable slides, click the Save Changes button in the bottom righthand corner.
- Click the Preview button to test your presentation.
Set your opening slide
Most washes set the Menu as their first slide. To make any slide the first in your presentation:
- Open the presentation editor within Presentation Manager.
- Under each active slide there is a house button. Click that button to set the slide as the first slide.
- You will see the slide become the first image in the Active Slides list, and that slide will now be first in the presentation.
- Click Save Changes.
Assign your presentation to a Location
Now that your presentation is ready to go, you'll need to assign it to the Location(s) where you want it to be used.
- Click Settings > Location Manager.
- Next to the Location you want to assign, click Edit.
- Choose your presentation from the Selected Slideshow dropdown.

Click Save Changes.
Edit an existing presentation in Salespath
To preserve historical accuracy, we recommend that you create a new presentation each time you wish to make edits. This is to ensure that in your data, it is clear which presentation was used each time.
To make this process easier, you can Duplicate an existing presentation and then make changes as needed.

Once you've Duplicated your presentation, you can disable any slides you want to remove by clicking the prohibition icon on the bottom of the slide thumbnail.
- Upload new slides and add tap zones by following steps in the Add Presentation section above.
- Be sure to add tap zones and assign your presentation to a location.
Offer a presentation in Spanish or another language
To offer a presentation in another language, create and upload your translated presentation slides, then add a Select language option on your opening slide. The Spanish language selection will link to the Spanish slides, and the English language selection will link to the English slides. Contact our Customer Success Team if you need assistance!
