To get a new site location connected to Rinsed CRM, please email Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager with the following information:
- Number of locations being added
For each location being added, include the following fields:
- Location Name in POS
- Location Code in POS
- Is this a POS that Rinsed is already connected to?
- Is this a database that Rinsed is already connected to?
- What Payment Processor should the new location be using?
- Display Name for this location
- Location Address
- Google Place ID
- When the site should be added to Rinsed
- Products you are adding for this location (CRM, Customer App, Support Agent, Salespath)
