The Rinsed Help Center is your go-to resource for product documentation, how-to guides, and support. Some Help Center content is available to signed-in Rinsed CRM users only. This article explains how to log in and what you can do once you're there.
How to Access the Help Center

To access the Help Center, you'll need to log in through your Rinsed CRM account. No separate login is required — authentication happens automatically via SSO (Single Sign-On).
Steps:
- Log into your Rinsed CRM account
- Click the Help Center button in the top right corner
- You'll be taken directly to the Help Center as a signed-in user.
If you try to access a Help Center article without being signed in
- You will be redirected to your Rinsed CRM login page and prompted to sign in.
- Once signed in, you will be automatically redirected to the Help Center article.

Troubleshooting If your normal username and password are not accepted when you are redirected to the login page, check that you are using the correct Rinsed URL (yourcarwashname.app.rinsed.co/users/sign_in). If the URL is simply app.rinsed.co/users/sign_in and is missing your wash name, the login will fail. |
If you do not have a Rinsed CRM account (Salespath only):
Salespath content is visible to all users and does not require Help Center sign-in. You do not need to login to the Help Center to view articles; simply browse available articles at support.rinsed.com.
What You Can Do When Signed In
Once you're logged in, you'll have access to:
- Help Center articles — Browse our full library of product documentation and guides
- Support requests — Submit a new request to our support team
- Open requests — View and track the status of any existing support requests you've submitted
Why Some Content Requires Sign-In
We've made most Help Center content available to signed-in Rinsed CRM users only. This allows us to provide more detailed and in-depth documentation — content that's built specifically for our customers and their teams.
If you previously logged in with username and password
If you previously logged into Rinsed Support (Help Center/Support space) with a username and password, this login method will be disabled (as of May 2026) and you will need to login to the Help Center via single sign-on (SSO) instead. As long as your Rinsed CRM login uses the same email address as your Help Center login did, you will still see all of your past support requests within your account.
