Use our Canva templates as a starting point for creating Downsell graphics, Member Offer graphics, Checkout Form images, and more.

How to use Rinsed graphics templates

Create a free Canva account or login to an existing account.
Click on the template link (see links below).
You will see a template preview. Click View template.
If you are not already logged in, you can create a free account at this step.
Click Open in Editor.
This will open up a copy of the template. You can now move and replace the elements of the template to match your wash's branding. If you need help using Canva, check out their Help Center. Tip: If you are creating multiple versions of the same design (such as a Checkout Form button for each product), you can use the Duplicate page option to copy your design.
When you've finished editing your design, click Share > Download.
Adjust image settings (only available for paid Canva plans), then click Download to save the images to your device.
You can now upload these images into Rinsed CRM!

Downsell Graphics

Cancellation Flow - Template Link

This is the "Are you sure you want to cancel?" screen, which appears after the first cancellation prompt.

Retention Offer Graphic - Template Link

This graphic should advertise your Downsell offer. Be sure to include all details of the offer, such as the old/new price, plan type, percentage discount, and duration of offer. Create one per plan+discount combination you would like to offer.

Checkout Form Graphics

Checkout Button - Template Link

Use this template to create images for your Checkout Forms. These images should contain, at minimum, the name of the plan, the price, and whether this is a monthly plan or one-time charge. Create one per item on your Checkout Form.

Promo/Special Pricing Checkout Button - Template Link

Use this template to create images for a promotional Checkout Form. These images should contain, at minimum, the name of the plan/item, old price, promotional price, and whether this is a monthly plan or one-time charge. Create one per item on your Checkout Form.

Member Offer Graphics

Upsell Offer Opt-In - Template Link

Use this template to create an upsell offer, allowing your members to opt into a trial of a higher-tier plan at no additional cost. These images should include the benefits of the higher-tier plan as compared to the lower-tier plan, the terms and conditions of the offer, and instructions for how to opt in. Create one per Upsell offer.

Offer Opt-Out - Template Link

Use this template for the Opt Out step of your Upsell offers. These images should highlight the benefits of the higher-tier plan, and include instructions for how to opt out if desired. Create one per Upsell offer.

Member Offer Loyalty Reward - Template Link

Use this template to send a Member Offer loyalty reward for members who have stayed active for X number of months/years.

Family Plan Graphics

Family Plan Selection - Template Link

Use this template to create images for each of your Family Plan options. Create one per plan type and number of vehicles.

These images will appear during the Family Plan enrollment flow in your Customer Portal like so:
